For applicants, the Applicant Tracking System enables you to apply to current job openings and provide to Precedent HR information about you, your work history, and your job skills. You may search without registering, but if you choose to register to apply for a job and receive email communications, we may collect personally identifiable information including, but not limited to, the following: email address, passwords, name, mailing address, telephone number, educational information, work history, job preferences, gender, and ethnicity (“Personal Information”).

We will not rent or sell your information to any other organization with the exception of a potential merger or acquisition by another company. In the event that this happens you will be notifies by email or a post from the site.

We store and maintain files, documents, emails and other data stored in your user account on our servers in the United States.
